Ok, maybe not everything, but its a good start for the "new to eBay" and dropshipping Internet business owner. This is a pretty good guide to getting started with eBay and dropshippers.
If you are looking for a way to work from home, but do not want to waste time creating a website, learning to market with search engines, or learn offline marketing, then using eBay along side a dropshipper is the perfect solution to creating a home business. You can take advantage of the marketing that eBay has set in place, and the massive amount of traffic they get on a daily basis - instantly!
Even if you have never used eBay, or have an account, you can get started with them today for no money. Some of the people I talk to are afraid to set up an eBay account because of "fear of the unknown", or they get to the part of eBay registration that requires a credit card, and they fear they are going to be charged or ripped off an enormous amount of money. You do not need to worry about this when setting up an eBay account and giving your credit card information. Giving eBay this information actually protects you and your best interest. They want to make sure you are who you say you are, and it can protect you down the road from being ripped of by a scammer on eBay.
My suggestion to a brand new home business owner wanting to get started making money dropshipping products on eBay would be to first do some research on eBay. After you have an account on eBay you can do an "advanced search" and see the items that have sold in the last two weeks. (Notice the example below:) I have outlined a few images from eBay to hopefully help you better understand how to get started -

When you do a search for a product, you will be able to see what is selling and what is not through the completed auctions by selecting the "completed listings only" check box. Notice on the example picture below how I have typed in dvd player (as example) and showed where to select the completed auctions button: Leave the category option "All Categories" because you want to see everything that is selling.

After you do this you will see a list of completed auctions for the last couple of weeks. You will notice a few things that I want you to pay attention to. You will see dollar amounts in green and red. The green ones are sold and the red ones did not sell, and the price just to the right is the shipping amount. So you can use this information to find out what products are selling, and how much they are selling for (and what people are paying to have them shipped). This is perfect research for you to find a "golden product" to sell on eBay: (see example below:) Remember - You will need to be registered on eBay and signed in to use this feature.

What kind of information do you learn from doing this exercise?
You learn what items are selling on eBay, how many people are selling what you are wanting to sell, how much they are selling for, how much they are shipped out for, and which products to stay away from (if a product never sells for example). If you do some research and find some products that are selling every time, people are paying for shipping, and there is not much competition then you have found a perfect item to dropship on eBay.
