Now if you want to dropship handbags including name brand, my advice would be to have handbags available on your website that are nice handbags, not necessarily name brand.  You can find thousands of handbags available for dropshipping that are not name brand.  If you would like to offer the designer handbags you can sign up for affiliate programs.  Affiliate programs are a great way to go when wanting to offer name brand items, because you can have a variety of options for people shopping on your site.  You can have the name brand items on your site and when people click on them to buy it will direct them to the official site for those products and when they buy, you will earn a commission.
